Loki is the 4th fist of Ragnarok and specialises in Karate. Despite being a strong fighter he mainly uses his intelligence in fights such as using information gather on his opponent to take advantage. Loki makes sure he can win by any means necessary, even to the extent where he kidnapped Honoka in front of Hermit to lure in Kenichi. Number 20 is usually always working beside Loki from gathering information or crating new weapons for him. Even though his main goal is never revealed, a big part of it was to take over Ragnarok and become the 1st fist. In the final fight between Ragnarok and Shinpaku he used the battle outcome as an advantage and tried to turn everyone on Odin, the 1st fist. But Berserker quickly dispatches this rebellion and defeats Loki. Later it is revealed that Loki gathers information to Niijima about YOMI.

He is named after Loki, a mischievous being in Norse mythology.

Kaname Kugatachi “Freya The 3rd Fist” Alternative names – Freya, 3rd Fist, フレイア. Voiced (Japanese) – Atsuko Tanaka. Voiced (English) – None. Age – Unknown. Affiliation – (Ex-Ragnarok) & Shinpaku Alliance. Type – Sei. Martial Arts – Jojutsu. First Appearance – Chapter 48.

Kaname Kugatachi or Freya is the 3rd fist of Ragnarok and the Leader of her group called the Valkyries. She is an expert at Jujotso to the point where Kenichi had trouble following her movements despite the speed intensity in his training he gets from him masters. Her main goal in joining Ragnarok was to learn techniques from Ogata, but she has never met him before Ragnarok. Her belief is that women can only become as strong a men if they resort to the use of weapons, that why she and her squad all specialise in weaponry. When Kisara storms her headquarters she is challenged by Kisara in the final battle and is defeated when Kisara breaks her staff. Once the staff is broke Frey refused to continue saying that once her weapon is broke it’s an automatic defeat, as well as acknowledging the fact that Kisara has become stronger. Later Freya agrees to fight as a part of the Shinpaku Alliance in the D of D tournament as long as she fights strong opponents. She is named after Freyja, a Norse fertility goddess and leader of the Valkyries.

Berserker “Berserker The 2nd Fist” Alternative names – バーサーカー, 2nd Fist. Voiced (Japanese) – Jouji Nakata. Voiced (English) – None. Age – Unknown. Affiliation – Ragnarok. Type – Dou. Martial Arts – Streetfighting. First Appearance – Chapter 48 – 70.

Berserker is the second fist of Ragnarok. He is known to be the most fearsome fighter out of all in Ragnarok, having natural fighting talent he has never studied any martial arts before. Most of the time seen to be chewing bubble gum and is a character of very few words. He is a Dou type fighter and has the ability to go into his “Berserker Mode” which unleashes his true power. This is shown in his battle against Hermit where he is unwilling to back down and relentlessly attacks Hermit full on, despite being defeated in the end. Once defeated he wasn’t going to accept this loss and attempts to continue despite injuries, however he stalls before trying to fight again and is finished off by Odin. He was originally afraid of Odin. He is named after Berserkers, Norse warriors.

Ryuto Asamiya “Odin The 1st Fist” Alternative names – オーディーン, 1st Fist. Voiced (Japanese) – Ken Narita. YOMI Symbol – Flow. Age – Unknown. Affiliation – Ragnarok Leader and YOMI Member. Type – Sei & Dou. Martial Arts – Shintoukei. First Appearance – Chapter 48.

Ryuto Asamiya, originally was Kenichi’s best friend since they were children. Him and Kenichi witnessed Miu’s martial arts skill at the age of 6 when she defeated some thugs bothering the shopkeeper, from that day they vowed to become stronger. With this vow Ryuto has by far become the strongest and the leader of the eight fists of Ragnarok. He is also a current member of YOMI. Ryoto was one of the first in the series to use Seikuken, a defensive barrier that can prevent the opponent’s attacks, along with other unique techniques such as the Inner Eye which let him distinguish his opponents fighting patterns and Gungir, a palm strike with 100% accuracy. Hermit and Ryoto are the only Ragnarok members to have trained under Kensei Ogata.
